Next, explore Bahla Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its ancient mud-brick walls and fascinating history dating back to the 13th century. Finally, visit Jabrin Castle, a beautifully preserved 17th-century structure, once a center of knowledge and culture.
After this immersive historical experience, we’ll return to Muscat.

The souq is especially lively during the famous Friday cattle market, where locals trade livestock in a centuries-old tradition.
Bahla Fort

Bahla Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of Oman’s oldest and most impressive forts, dating back to the 13th century. Built by the Banu Nabhan tribe, it features massive mud-brick walls and towers that once protected the thriving oasis town of Bahla. The fort is surrounded by a historic 12-kilometer wall and is famous for its legends of ancient Omani craftsmanship and folklore.

After exploring the historical sites of Nizwa, Bahla, and Jabrin Castle, we will drive back to Muscat, we can drop off anywhere in Muscat area, which takes approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic.
