Led by your expert chefs from Pasta Evangelists, you'll learn how to craft fresh pasta from scratch while being entertained by captivating stories of Italian history and culture. What to expect

Join us for a delightful pasta-making class in your Winchester restaurant.
Starting with antipasti and unlimited Prosecco to set the mood. During this two-hour experience, your expert pasta chef will guide you through the artisan techniques and timeless traditions of "pasta fatta a mano"—handmade pasta passed down through generations in Italy. You'll learn to make either pasta bianca (flour and water pasta) or pasta all'uovo (egg and flour pasta), crafting a classic shape such as tagliatelle, malloreddus, orecchiette, or even filled pasta such as tortellini, depending on the chef's choice for the day.

Everything you need will be provided, from ingredients to an apron and specialized pasta tools—just bring your enthusiasm and love for Italian cuisine!
