For Cruise Passengers: Our guide and driver will wait directly at the Port Exit Gate (Tien Sa Port or Chan May Port) holding a welcome sign with your name.
- Tien Sa Port: Take the complimentary electric buggy from your ship gangway to the main gate (2-minute ride).
- Chan May Port: Walk approximately 7 - 10 minutes from the ship gangway to the port entrance gate.

For Hotel & Airport Guests: Direct pickup at your hotel lobby in Da Nang / Hoi An or at the arrival hall of Da Nang International Airport (DAD).
