Instead of racing you through 5 cellar door, we visit 3 of the Yarra Valleys best and give each the time it deserves - a guided tasting at Chandon, a gin paddle or guided tasting at Four Pillars and a relaxed lunch and wine tasting at Ai Fiori Trattoria Soumah Wines or Tokar Estate.

    On the way back to your hotel, we drive into Heritage Golf and Country Club — two Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole courses, a residential estate, and home to the Yarra Valley Lodge Hotel. But the real reason we slow down here is the locals: a large mob of wild kangaroos that lives right on the course. We take our time, cameras ready, for what's often the most photographed moment of the day.
