The ideal experience to discover cycling! Live the true experience of a self-guided bicycle trip, while enjoying a comfortable and invigorating bike. You will travel on a dream course off the beaten track in the middle of the most beautiful landscapes of the Gard while remaining accessible even to those who are not used to cycling. You will receive wise advice throughout the course in order to give you the keys to make your own trip independently!

Day 1: Nimes - La Roque-sur-Ceze

    Meet at 9:00 a.m. at our base camp at Morgan Cycles located a stone's throw from the Maison Carrée (Roman temple) in Nîmes, where Nicolas & Gersain welcome you with a coffee. We provide you with travel bikes equipped with all bivouac equipment. You will have a 15L bag to store your belongings and your picnic. We will travel about 70 km on the 1st day on paths and country roads to be quiet. We will regularly take breaks in nice places.     We will stop in a little corner of paradise in the shade with a waterfall where we can picnic.

    After a nice and relaxing descent into the forest, we will arrive at the Sautadet waterfalls where we will pitch our tents on the bank of the Cèze. After a good swim we can debrief the day around a good organic, vegetarian and homemade meal at sunset.
Day 2: La Roque-sur-Ceze - Nimes

    Departure from the village of La Roque-sur-Cèze after having checked that we have left no trace of our passage. Let's go for a walk to breathe the countryside, along the vines and cherry trees.

    We will pass through villages, but also the forest to reach its majesty, the Pont-du-Gard where we can take the time to have lunch at the restaurant with a breathtaking view of the monument! A siesta or a swim on the bridge beach will probably be irresistible.
  4. Sanilhac-Sagries

    We will take the road back to Nîmes with in particular a surprise, that of the most beautiful view of the nature reserve of the Gardon gorges. What to admire this exceptional preserved place before returning around 6 p.m. according to the form of the group.
