Travelers begin with a welcome and brief orientation with their culinary facilitator, including an introduction to the kitchen space, fresh locally sourced ingredients, and the overall flow of the experience.
Guests then work side by side on shared culinary preparations inspired by Costa Rican and Blue Zone traditions. Tasks are simple, collaborative, and designed so no prior cooking experience is required.
Throughout the session, the facilitator provides guidance on techniques, ingredients, and timing, helping the group move together at a relaxed and comfortable pace while maintaining a shared rhythm.
Once the dishes are completed, the group plates the food and sits down to enjoy the meal together in a communal setting.
The experience concludes with a brief wrap-up highlighting the value of shared presence, collaboration, and alignment as a group.
