Pickup details

Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and wait in the hotel lobby. Your guide will call your name.

Pickup times are arranged according to your location and start at 6:00 AM. If we are unable to reach your hotel, we will assign a nearby meeting point where you can join the tour.

Travelers who do not provide a pickup address in advance must contact us as soon as possible, otherwise we may not be able to provide the service.
