All passengers weight combined cannot exceed 480 pounds or 218kgs . If all passengers weight combined exceeds 480 pounds, you tour will be cancelled and no refund will be given

The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund.
