   Upon arrival at the adventure park, travelers will enter a jungle setting along the Ruta de los Cenotes. The staff will provide safety equipment, instructions, and guidance before the activities begin.
   
   The experience starts with an ATV ride through jungle trails, where travelers can enjoy the movement, dust, curves, and natural surroundings of Cancun’s wilder side.
   
   After the ATV ride, the adventure continues with 4 zip lines and 1 hanging bridge, adding height, motion, and scenic jungle views in a fun and accessible way.
   
   The day then shifts to a refreshing stop at a cavern cenote, where guests can swim in natural freshwater and enjoy the jumping platform after the more active parts of the tour.
   
   To finish, travelers can relax in the park’s rest area, where chairs and hammocks offer a calm closing moment before the experience ends.

Roundtrip transportation is included for guests who reserve this experience. Depending on your hotel, accommodation, or location, pickup may be provided directly or from an assigned meeting point.

Important information about pickup locations:

*** In some hotels, resorts, or private complexes, transportation vehicles are not allowed to enter the property. When this happens, the pickup will be arranged at the nearest accessible entrance or authorized access point.

*** Some accommodations may also be located in areas where transportation access is limited due to narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked routes, or security restrictions. In these cases, the closest practical pickup point will be assigned.

*** The exact pickup time depends on your hotel or meeting point. The time selected when booking is the start time of the activities at the park, not your final pickup time. Some estimated pick up times:

• The minimum age to operate an ATV is 16 years old (with parent/guardian approval).
• The food service for this tour includes one preset meal. At the moment, the menu cannot be changed, replaced, or personalized for dietary needs, restrictions, preferences, tastes, or special meal requests.
• Infants included in a reservation may accompany their parents or legal guardians during the visit to the park. This allows families to take part in the experience without needing to leave the infant at a daycare or outside care facility. For safety reasons, and because infant tickets are provided free of charge, infants are not permitted to participate in any of the tour activities. They may only remain present at the park under the constant supervision, care, and responsibility of their parent or legal guardian. Our team cannot assume responsibility for watching, holding, supervising, or caring for an infant at any point during the excursion. If a parent or legal guardian wishes to join a specific activity, they must personally arrange supervision within their own group, as staff members are not allowed to take care of the infant on their behalf.
