Overview

Try the unique experience of cooking real Japanese cuisine with an experienced chef. An opportunity to learn how to cook sushi the Japanese way!

Relatively easy at first glance, cooking sushi is more difficult than you might think! From the way you prepare and press the rice, to the way you move your fingers, right down to the ingredients, sushi is an art! You'll find that even a small difference can completely change the taste and final result.

You'll enjoy cooking, and then you'll have the chance to taste what you've cooked and take photos! The menu includes sushi rolls, chirashi sushi and California rolls. We will also teach how to make miso soup as a set.

By offering more than 300 Japanese and Japanese-made Western dishes to foreign visitors to Japan, we convey the wonders of Japan through the experience of taste and cooking.
