3. Harburg
   1h
At this stage you will definitely feel the romantic vibe of the tour: This charming little town along the river Woernitz offers splendid photo opportunities, as does the castle high from the 12th century above. The Harburg is one of the largest, oldest, and best-preserved castles in Germany.
4. Nordlingen
   30m
Located in the midst of a meteorite crater, the former imperial city of Noerdlingen boasts a fully walkable circular city wall. The 90-meter high church tower "Daniel" was formerly used as a watchtower. We stop right in the historic city center, so you have the opportunity to take great photos of this medieval town and/or enjoy a coffee overlooking the market square and the church.
5. Dinkelsbuhl
   1h
Dinkelsbuehl could be called the "little sister" of Rothenburg - just as romantic but not so crowded. On a city tour, your guide will show you medieval gems such as the Gothic St. George's Church, the imposing armory, impressive half-timbered houses where emperors have already stayed, and a mysterious "modern" dinosaur. Afterward, you are welcome to explore the city on your own. If you already feel hungry, you could enjoy lunch here in one of the cozy and inexpensive Franconian restaurants.
6. Rothenburg ob der Tauber
   3h
This world-famous medieval city will exceed all your expectations! We drive through the impressive historic 'Spital-gate', pass the southern part of the old town, and park the car near the centrally located market square.
7. 30m
Let yourself be transferred to a Christmas wonderland all year round - on your hike through an (airconditioned) winter fairytale landscape you will not be able to stop being amazed. Many enchanting decorations, nativity figures, and stuffed animals can be purchased, but there is no obligation to buy them! Also impressive is a large selection of original Black Forest cuckoo clocks.
