We provide drop-off at any hotel, private accommodation, port, marina, or other accessible location within the city of Dubrovnik. If the property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, the driver will drop you off at the nearest vehicle-accessible point and provide guidance on how to reach your accommodation. Pickup is available from all hotels, private apartments, ports, and other accommodation in Split and the surrounding area.
Please ensure that you provide the exact pickup address when booking.
If the property is located in a pedestrian-only zone, the driver will meet you at the nearest accessible location.
Your driver will contact you before the pickup time to confirm the meeting point.
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure.
Airport pickups:
If your transfer starts at Split Airport, the driver will meet you inside the arrivals terminal, holding a sign with your name. Flight delays are monitored, and pickup time will be adjusted automatically.
Ports & Marinas:
For pickups from the ferry port or marina, the driver will meet you at the closest vehicle-accessible point. Please share your boat/ferry name or arrival pier number if available.
Luggage:
Standard luggage allowance applies (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you have oversized items (e.g., bikes, surfboards), please inform us in advance so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.
