Later, head to a nearby beach to witness the breathtaking sunset and take part in the memorable experience of releasing baby turtles into the wild. Day 2: Puerto Escondido - Mazunte - La Crucecita

   After breakfast, check out and embark on a mangrove boat tour, exploring the lush waterways and diverse wildlife. Next, continue to Mazunte, a charming “Magical Town” known for its strong surf, beautiful beaches, and the renowned Mexican Turtle Center. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from a local peninsula, and if it’s the right season, you might spot migrating whales. Take an orientation walk through Mazunte’s town center and enjoy an optional lunch.
   
   Later, transfer to Bahia de Cacaluta, a pristine golden-sand beach within Huatulco National Park, accessible via a scenic 30-minute forest walk. This spot is perfect for snorkeling, swimming, and immersing yourself in untouched nature. After a few relaxing hours on the beach, head to a nearby lighthouse to watch a stunning sunset.
   
   In the evening, transfer to La Crucecita, check in to your accommodation, and enjoy an optional dinner and get-together with the group at one of the local restaurants.

Day 3: La Crucecita - Pluma Hidalgo - San Jose del Pacifico

This quaint mountainous village is among the best in Mexico for cultivating coffee, with the local Pluma Gourmet variety being one of the country’s most prestigious. Enjoy an orientation walk through the village, followed by lunch and a cup of delicious coffee.
   
   Next, travel to San Jose del Pacifico, nestled in the southern Sierra of Oaxaca at 2,500 meters above sea level—a place that seems to touch the sky. Upon arrival, take an orientation walk of this charming town and witness a beautiful sunset from your accommodation.
   
   In the evening, enjoy an optional dinner and get-together with the group at one of the local restaurants, rounding off a day filled with nature, culture, and unforgettable views.

Day 4: San Jose del Pacifico - Santo Tomás Tamazulapan - San Martín Tilcajete - Zaachila - Oaxaca City

   Then, head to Zaachila, once the last Zapotec capital after Monte Albán. Visit its lesser-known archaeological site and explore the local market, where you can try regional specialties.
   On the way to Oaxaca City, stop at the Ex-Convent of Cuilapam de Guerrero, known for its roofless design. Upon arrival, join your Tour Leader for an introductory walk through the historic center. Day 5: Oaxaca City

Day 6: Oaxaca City - San Juan Bautista Coixtlahuaca - Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve - Puebla

   Start the day by visiting the impressive Ex-Convento de San Juan Bautista in Coixtlahuaca, a remarkable example of colonial architecture and history.
   
   Next, head to San Juan Raya, a small village nestled within the Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biosphere Reserve. Accompanied by a local community guide, explore the area’s rich vegetation and discover dozens of ancient dinosaur footprints dating back millions of years.
   
   After this fascinating tour, transfer to Puebla with an optional stop at a unique local restaurant where you can savor delicious regional cuisine. Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation and enjoy an orientation walk through Puebla’s historic center. Day 7: Puebla - Mexico City

   After checking in and taking some time to rest, join your Tour Leader to explore the vibrant Historic Centre of Mexico City. Visit the world-famous National Anthropology Museum, where you’ll discover fascinating exhibits about Mexico’s rich cultural heritage.
   
   In the evening, you have the option to join a farewell dinner and get-together with your group, sharing memories and stories from your trip in one of the local restaurants.

Day 8: Mexio City

In this case, we can shorten the time spent at another scheduled stop. Other changes, such as extending the tour, significantly changing the route, or adding extra participants, must be requested before the tour and may involve an additional fee.
