Without all the necessary details, embarkation will not be permitted, and your booking will automatically be rescheduled to the next available date and time until the required information is provided.

• The captain reserves the right to change the route, the ports of embarkation and disembarkation, as well as the starting time, based on conditions and safety considerations.
• Please note that the captain has full authority over the choice of boat, route, and whether sails are used, based on safety and weather conditions.

• While the vessel is underway, passengers should remain in the cockpit. The bow area is accessible, but for their own safety, passengers must remain seated or lying down; standing or moving around in this area is strictly prohibited
