A representative will be waiting to welcome you and board the vehicle. Your transport will be ready exactly 20 minutes after your flight landing time and you will be waiting for it until 60 minutes after your flight landing time.

- Hotel -> Tulum Airport (departure): Pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in your hotel lobby. We recommend that you be prepared and before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes from their confirmed time.

Tulum International Airport recommends that passengers arrive at least three hours before the departure of their flight.
