Pickup details

Doorstep pickup and return drop-off are available from your hotel or residential address in Dubai and Sharjah. Provide your exact pickup address and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number after booking. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed before the tour. Be ready at the agreed hotel entrance or outside your address at the confirmed time. The driver or guide will call or send a WhatsApp message while coming to collect you, providing the vehicle plate number and pickup identification details. Match these details before boarding; contact Holiday Tours if you cannot locate your driver. At the desert camp, the vehicle drops guests outside the camp entrance, only a few feet from the camp. Return drop-off is at the same guest location as pickup. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.

• Desert activities involve sandy, uneven surfaces and dune slopes. The walk from parking to the camp entrance is only a few feet. Wear secure footwear; wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
• Keep your seatbelt fastened throughout transfers and dune bashing. Follow the driver's safety instructions before activities; ask for clarification before starting if unsure.
• Guests may skip dune bashing. Seniors and travelers with mobility concerns should inform Holiday Tours before the tour if they wish to skip this activity and discuss their participation needs.
• The minimum age for dune bashing is 8 years. Children under 8 cannot participate in dune bashing.
