All visitors must provide their full name and date of birth when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
With timed entry tickets, you’ll have a reserved slot for the Medici Chapels and Pitti Palace, avoiding the ticket queue. Tickets must be collected 15 minutes before entry. You can’t skip validation or security checks.
In Medici Chapel, one licensed guide can lead up to 20 people; extra guides cost more. Ticket: €9.
In Pitti Palace, one guide can lead up to 16 people. Headsets are included for groups of 5+. Ticket: €19.
The 3- and 5-hour options include about 1 hour of round-trip transfer, depending on distance and traffic.
