Overview

Embark on a fascinating day trip from Volos to Delphi, one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece. Our journey begins with a stop at Thermopylae, the legendary battlefield where King Leonidas and his 300 Spartans made their heroic last stand against the Persian army. Here, you’ll see the monument dedicated to the fallen warriors.
Continue to Delphi, once considered the center of the world. Visit the renowned Archaeological Museum of Delphi. Explore the Sanctuary of Apollo, where the Oracle of Delphi once delivered her cryptic prophecies, and admire the well-preserved ruins, including the Temple of Apollo, the ancient theater.
After soaking in the history and breathtaking mountain views, we stop at Arachova, a charming mountain village known for its traditional stone houses, cozy atmosphere, and delicious local cuisine. Enjoy a leisurely meal at a taverna before we return, bringing home unforgettable memories of Greece’s rich history and stunning landscapes.
