Overview
I’m Dorotea, a self-employed local guide in Dubrovnik. I lead small groups (max 6) for a personal and relaxed experience — every tour is guided by me.
We’ll meet at Ploče Gate and walk through the Old Town as I share stories of Dubrovnik’s rich history and how the Republic stayed independent for centuries. You’ll hear what daily life was like for its people and what made them unique.
Then we’ll explore Dubrovnik’s Game of Thrones side — see filming locations like the “Walk of Shame” and hear fun behind-the-scenes stories.
The tour ends at Pile Gate, with a few more local stories and final insights into this remarkable city.

Ploče gate is the eastern gate to the City. We will enter to town, and you will hear some general informations about history of Dubrovnik.

We will take a walk in narrow street which runs parallel to the Placa (Stradun) with its entire length.
The Franciscan Church and Monastery

We will stop on the small square. Poljana Paska Miličevića where we will see Church of St Saviour, Big Onofrio fountain, and The Franciscan Monastery with old pharmacy.
