Drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing Ifrane (“the Switzerland of Morocco”).

Stop at the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see wild Barbary macaques.

Continue through Midelt and enjoy views of the High Atlas peaks.

Drive along the scenic Ziz Valley, famous for its lush palm groves.

Arrive in Merzouga, where you meet your camel caravan.

Enjoy a sunset camel trek across the dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Arrive at your Sahara desert camp for dinner and Berber music by the campfire.

Arrive in Fes in the late afternoon/evening.
