Start your tour at Citadel of Saladin - a medieval fortification atop an eastern hill overlooking Cairo, housing beautiful mosques and providing panoramic city views., then Mohamed Ali Mosque which was constructed in the early 19th century, and Al Azhar Mosque - a mosque that stands as importance to the history of Islam.
   
   In the afternoon, visit some famous shopping places.

Day 4: Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo
