During your Discover Freediving session, you will learn the fundamentals of freediving, including breathing and relaxation, equalization, duck diving, efficient finning and open water safety. You will then put these skills into practice during a guided freediving session. The depth and location will be adapted to your experience, comfort level, goals and the conditions of the day.
Dive location can vary between Kappel Wreck, Antilla Wreck, Hole in the Wall Reef, Olympic pool, and other sites around Aruba.

Pickup information (only for groups without their own transportation)
If you selected pickup during booking, your instructor, who is also your driver, will meet you about 30 minutes before your dive. Look for a bright colored long sleeved shirt with the Underdog Divers logo.
Hotel guests, we will meet you right outside the entrance of your hotel or apartment.
Renaissance Ocean Suites guests, please take the free shuttle to the Marina side. We will meet you at the fountain outside the Marina entrance.
Cruise terminal guests, we will meet you at arrival gate number 5 and walk you to the vehicle.
Airbnb or local stays, please send us the street address, the color of the house, and if possible a Google Maps pin.
