Putting wine at the center of the experience, we will embark on a journey analyzing the different types of sparkling wines using products of excellence of the moment and combining them with rich tastings, to widen the organoleptic sensations.
The uniqueness of the tasting lies in the fact that the format is educational. A dedicated sommelier will lead the evening citing anecdotes, and historical moments, teaching wine inspection techniques and food-wine pairing. Diners will then be invited to put into practice what is learned during the tasting, and if requested, any topic can be explored in depth. Therefore, whether your level is beginner, intermediate, or advanced, the tasting will be conducted proportionally to your preparation and interest.
