Pickup details

Pickup is available from hotels located in the historic center of Cusco.
Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The exact pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email the day before the tour.
A representative from our agency will come to pick you up, wearing the official company uniform and a name badge, so you can easily identify them.

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Specialized infant seats are available
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • The partial tourist ticket is not included. You can purchase it at the COSITUC office or directly in Chinchero, during the first stop of the tour. Please note that in Chinchero, payment is cash only. We will provide you with all the necessary information and assistance to make the purchase easier.
