Short on time but dreaming of swimming with sea turtles? This 1.5-hour snorkel trip takes you straight to Tulum's sea turtle and stingray sanctuary, the same spot that made our 2-hour tour famous.
Your boat leaves from Playa Pescadores, inside Jaguar Park (Tulum National Park). First we cruise along the cliffs of the Tulum ruins so you can photograph the ancient Mayan city from the sea. Then it's time to jump in: wild sea turtles graze on the seagrass and rise for air just a few meters away, while stingrays glide over the white sand and tropical fish swirl around you.
Your guide swims with you the whole time, and life jackets and snorkel gear in every size are included, so first-timers and families with kids 5+ feel completely safe. Every boat carries a small group, and you can return to the boat whenever you like. We respect the animals: no touching, no feeding.
Departures at 10:00 and 12:00. Entry to Jaguar Park is free, and optional electric shuttles can take you to the beach.
Meet us at the Tulum Snorkel Services booth on the sand at Playa Pescadores, inside Jaguar Park, just south of the Tulum ruins. Park entry is free; optional electric shuttles reach the beach. Please arrive 15 min early. No sunscreen or single-use plastics are allowed in the park.
