Pickup details

Passengers must receive a call or text from the driver or dispatcher 30 minutes before their reservation time with the driver's name, phone number, and another call or text when arrived to the pickup area.
The passengers have 15 min in grace from scheduled time, after that time. If no text or call is received please call or text the office.
