For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected. For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.
1) How long does the journey from the hotel to the airport take?
If you have booked a return transfer service, we recommend booking the pick-up from the riad or hotel at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
It takes about 15 minutes to get from the city centre to the airport.
2) What pick up time should I choose?
For transfers beginning at the airport, you should indicate the time at which your flight is due to arrive. The same goes for bus station: you should indicate the planned arrival time.
