   We will sail back to Puerto Aventuras; upon arrival at the pier you will board the transport to your hotel.
   Please note that arrival times may vary depending on the hotel's location.

Pickup details

We pick you up in the main lobby of your hotel. The driver will call your name and ask for official identification of the person in whose name the reservation is in order to board the transport.
You can identify us by our uniform: coffee shorts and blue polo shirt. Be ready 5 minutes before pickup. At large resorts, wait in the designated tour pickup area.

• It is important to consider a $10 USD dock tax charge, which will be paid directly on site.
• The minimum age for boarding the catamaran is 4 years, for water activities it is 8 years.
• Round trip transportation is included for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance, exclusively from selected hotels. Book in advance to guarantee your round trip.
• The exact Pickup schedule would be sent to you 48 hrs or 24 hrs before the day of your activity. You should be ready 5 minutes in advance in the main lobby for the pickup.
• When planning your day, please consider additional travel time from your hotel to the tour dock. Duration may vary depending on the location of your hotel. The tour takes 4 hours plus additional transportation time to your hotel.
