Overview

Shirodhara has both preventive and curative effects on people. It removes toxins from the body, helps with insomnia, anxiety and hypertension. It works wonders on degenerative diseases, skin issues, hair loss among many others.
The gentle pressure and the soothing warm oil also helps to experience a sleep similar to “meditation”. Our therapists are hospitable and highly experienced with the practice. They can help you relax and rejuvenate with this effective technique that has been tried and tested for centuries. Head and body massage are included in this activity.

What to expect

Shirodhara is a combination of two words, ‘shiro’ as in head and ‘dhara’ meaning flow. It’s an ancient Ayurvedic technique with some great benefits for the body and mind. The procedure involves slow and continuous dripping of oil/ghee/milk on the forehead for its relaxing effects. We combine Shirodhara with a head and body massage. It relaxes your mind and body, and rejuvenates you.
