What to expect

Day 1: Day 1: Arusha National Park

    Pick up from your hotel/ Arusha accommodations and drive to Arusha National Park.

    While this is a small park, it offers a taste of everything; with Ndutu Crater that mimics Ngorongoro Crater, Little Serengeti and majestic Mount Meru – Arusha National Park is a stunning display of the beauty and wildlife of northern Tanzania. Option to include a walking safari with a park ranger (additional fees apply) to get closer to wildlife.
Day 2: Day 2: Tarangire National Park

    After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for large herds of
    elephants and the Tarangire River, which attracts animals, especially in the dry season. Here you may spot cheetahs, lions, giraffes and any number of grazing animals coming to drink from the river.

    After, drive back to Arusha. Your driver-guide may drop you at the domestic airport in
    Arusha, or at your Arusha-area accommodations.
