What sets this audio tour apart isn't just what you hear — it's how it makes you feel. Most museum visits leave you reading wall placards and moving on. This tour pulls you deep into the story behind every piece, giving you the context, the inspiration, and the human moments that transformed a blank canvas into something the world couldn't ignore. You're not just looking at art — you're experiencing it with a knowledgeable guide in your ear, whether you're a seasoned art lover or visiting a modern art museum for the first time.
Unlike a group tour where you're rushing to keep up, this experience is entirely yours. Go at your own pace, linger on the pieces that move you, or take a detour to a gallery that catches your eye. This tour hand-picks the best of SFMOMA's 35,000-work collection — curating a journey that would take most visitors years of repeat visits to discover on their own. The smartest, most personal way to experience one of the greatest modern art museums in the world.
