Where We Meet You
• Hotel Lobby: If you are staying at a hotel, please wait in the main lobby a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
• Apartment/Airbnb: If you are staying in an apartment or private residence, please wait just outside the main entrance or building gate at your scheduled time.
• Look for Your Name Sign: Your professional, English-speaking driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name clearly written on it for easy identification.
• Recommended Pickup Time: We generally schedule pickups approximately 2.5 to 3 hours before your flight departure time to allow for the 40–45 minute drive to the airport and standard check-in procedures.
• Keep Your Phone On: Please ensure the mobile number provided during booking is active and your phone is switched on around the time of pickup. The driver may need to contact you if they cannot immediately locate you or in case of unexpected delays.
• Local Contact Number: You will receive an emergency local contact number in your booking confirmation voucher. If you have any issues or last-minute changes, please call this number immediately.
By following these simple guidelines, you help us ensure your transfer to the airport is comfortable, safe, and entirely stress-free.
