A fantastic day for the whole family that we will spend it among backyard animals, discovering the production of milk and its derivatives such as the PDO cheese among the best in Sicily. In the laboratory we will have the opportunity to actively follow the phases of the process that starts from the production of milk until the cheese, thus discovering the secrets of the cheesemaking of our home.
