   1h · Admission ticket included
Conclude your journey at Paşabağ, also known as Monks Valley — home to Cappadocia’s most iconic fairy chimneys. Take your time to explore, photograph, and simply admire one of the most extraordinary geological wonders on Earth.
2. Pigeon Valley

Continue your exploration in Pigeon Valley, named after the countless dovecotes carved into the soft volcanic rocks. For centuries, locals raised pigeons here — not just for companionship, but to use their droppings as natural fertilizer for vineyards. The valley’s scenic walking paths and peaceful atmosphere make it one of the most photogenic and tranquil spots in the region. You’ll enjoy learning how pigeons became an essential part of Cappadocia’s ancient agricultural life.
3. 1h · Admission ticket included
Step underground and uncover the mysteries of Kaymaklı, one of Cappadocia’s largest and most fascinating underground cities. Built as a refuge during ancient invasions, it features a complex network of tunnels, kitchens, living rooms, stables, and storage areas carved deep into the volcanic rock. This engineering marvel once sheltered thousands of people, complete with ventilation shafts and hidden passageways. Walking through its labyrinthine corridors, you’ll gain a real sense of the ingenuity and resilience of early Anatolian civilizations.
4. Zelve Open Air Museum
   1h · Admission ticket included
Travel back in time at the Zelve Open-Air Museum, a vast monastic complex that once served as one of Cappadocia’s earliest Christian settlements. The site is home to rock-cut churches, dwellings, and ancient cave homes that reveal the spiritual and communal life of the early monks. As you wander through the valley, you’ll notice the harmony between nature and human craftsmanship — where soft volcanic rock has been sculpted into breathtaking sanctuaries. Zelve offers an authentic glimpse into Cappadocia’s religious and cultural roots.
