We will meet at Courthouse Vista parking and hike, depending on ability, until we arrive at a special location with amazing views. Adapting to your group's level, Melina will help each of you to understand and experience subtle energy and extrasensory perception. You will begin with breathwork and guided meditation, and then you will experience Reiki energy healing and sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls.
