Built in the 1930s by the writer Curzio Malaparte, the villa is renowned for its striking geometric design and its monumental staircase leading to a panoramic rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views over the crystal-clear waters. Accessible only by sea or via a scenic path, it remains one of Capri’s most exclusive and photographed landmarks.
