La Mancha in Actopan Veracruz is a protected natural area, which has become a great tourist attraction, because in addition to having a large portion of beach, it also has a 135-hectare coastal lagoon, which receives both water from the sea and of the rivers, so part of its attraction is touring its mangrove forests. Due to its great biodiversity, in the spot we can find 3 ecosystems, which are the lagoon, the mangrove and the beach. Here activities such as livestock, agriculture and fishing are carried out, so we can find a wide variety of flora and fauna, such as different types of birds, fish and reptiles, as well as shellfish, clams, oysters, crabs, shrimp and previously the blue crab, which is almost extinct.
