Please be ready in the lobby at the confirmed time for pick up. If you're staying outside the main pick up area kindly contact us for a meeting point.
If you don't see your hotel name or cannot add your address manually let as know after booking to add it for you. We Pick up from 2 main areas El Poblado and Laureles.
Please note that we do not charge extra for tours in other languages besides English and Spanish. However, our guides in other languages such as French, German and Portuguese are subjected to availability.
