Cruise Port meeting points :

Passenger drop off/ pickup point outside each cruise terminal/ arrival hall. We need to know name of the ship so driver can reach the correct cruise terminal for your pickup.

  • Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.(Airport Pick ups only) For Hotel/ Accommodation pick ups: 10 minutes free waiting time available. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies to every additional 15 minutes.
  • Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment

  • Please provide flight details, hotel address in London, Pickup date from London, Ship name or Hotel address in Southampton. Ship disembarkation time (if applicable for Southampton port pickups)

Cancellation policy
