For pick-ups from JFK and EWR airports, a 60-minute buffer is applied to your scheduled pick-up time to allow for a smooth experience. These are high-traffic airports, and the buffer ensures you have enough time to clear immigration and collect your luggage.
Please note: This service does not include a meet-and-greet sign. However, our driver will actively contact you and provide dedicated guidance to ensure a smooth pickup.
Our driver will be waiting for you in the respective pick-up zone. Please follow the instructions according to your arrival terminal:
Terminal 1: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate G.
Terminal 4: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at Gate C3.
Terminal 5: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. Take the lift to the arrival level, and we will meet you at Gate 3.
Terminal 7: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall.
Terminal 8: Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the arrival level. We will meet you at the arrival hall.
