Pickup times will be scheduled based on your train reservation (if you prefer an upgraded train service, such as "El Observatorio," please contact us for more information). To ensure smooth boarding, we recommend arriving in your hotel lobby 20 minutes early.

Pickup service is included from all hotels in the historic center of Cusco. If your accommodation is outside this area, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point (Plaza de Armas, Cusco). Please be ready in your hotel lobby 20 minutes before departure. When booking, please provide the name and exact address of your hotel to coordinate pickup.
