Service must be booked at least 24h prior to the pickup time. 15 min for Local Pickups and 30 min for Airport Pickups is included in the price (counted from scheduled pickup time - please read our Terms and Conditions), after which we charge additional Waiting and Parking fees where applicable.
IMPORTANT! Please ensure your phone is switched on and that you are available to receive calls at the time of collection using the number provided in the booking. Failing to do so might cause your booking to be marked as a Customer No-Show in case we can't locate you at the pickup location.
NOTE: 1 Big Luggage means up to MAX 20KG (Size L (75) measures MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Small Luggage means hand luggage up to 10KG. (Size S (50) measures MAX 55x40x20 cm.)
