For seamless service, please ensure to provide your hotel name in advance. If not provided, kindly reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour to arrange pick-up details.

Our pick-up window spans from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, tailored to accommodate various hotel locations. Rest assured, we'll confirm your exact pick-up time for utmost convenience.

If you've arranged transportation, kindly be ready in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your designated pick-up time. Look out for our driver dressed in khaki slacks and a white polo shirt, holding a Pez Gato sign for easy identification.
