Overview

Varanasi which is mentioned as Kashi in the sculptures is less as a city and more of an emotion. It is a paragon of Indian culture, philosophy, traditions and spiritual ethos since times immemorial. It is among the Sapta Puris, meaning seven sacred cities of Ancient India. The city is located on the banks of river Ganga which is the sacred river of India Shiva who is the supreme God. This collectively makes Kashi an immortal destination.

This tour takes you across the city, throwing further light on one of the main deities of Hinduism, whom Shaivites worship as the supreme god. Take a walk with our guide through the riverside of Ganga and experience the pilgrim side of the city giving a glimpse of how backpackers travel through the streets. Indulge in a short walking tour that takes through the city of Shiva (the supreme god).
