Your experience begins with a fascinating introduction to our farm’s history and production methods. Then, step into our rustic Tuscan kitchen and prepare for a hands-on culinary journey!

We start at the end—dessert first! Following traditional Tuscan recipes, you’ll bake a perfect traditional Tuscan dessert!

Next, it’s bruschetta time! Create three delicious variations using only fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Finally, master the art of handmade pasta, crafting Pici and Ricotta Gnocchi paired with two different seasonal sauces.

Then, relax at your table and savor your creations, perfectly paired with our organic wines, olive oils, and balsamic vinegar—a true farm-to-table experience! ✨

By Train: the nearest train stations are in Poggibonsi and Certaldo. From here it's possible to go on by bus or taxi.
