Discover one of Rio de Janeiro's most secret and stunning trails, with breathtaking views and a refreshing dip in a wild waterfall!
On this challenging, moderately/difficult, approximately 2-hour uphill hike, and little-known trail, we'll explore one of the hidden gems of Tijuca National Park. From the top of Garganta do Céu (Throat of Heaven), you'll have a surreal view of Rio, with Christ the Redeemer, Pedra da Gávea, and the beaches of the South Zone at your feet.
And to top it all off, a dip in the refreshing Sorimã Waterfall, a well-kept secret of the forest!
Our meeting point will be at Point da Meire, where you can have breakfast, buy water and something to eat.
It's next to the entrance of the National Park.
Easy to reach by Uber.
