The Classic Tour invites you to explore our historic Balsamic Vinegar factory, located inside the medieval Prison Tower. Designed to introduce you to the various production methods of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this tour takes you through its evolution, highlighting the aging process in barrels made of various fine woods.The experience concludes with a guided vertical tasting, showcasing five distinct stages of Balsamic Vinegar aging.

The medieval Prison Tower hosts the most antique barrels of our production. It is the only balsamic aging tower open to public tours! The three floors of the tower enclose centuries of history and traditions. The real production site, not a museum!
