- For pickup service at the airport your driver will wait up to 2 hours after your plane lands. Please contact us or your driver if you will be late. Service will be reset for you
- For hotel pickup Please be in the hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
- If you cannot find the driver at the airport or pickup location in time, please contact the contact listed on your voucher
