Learn a few essential Vietnamese phrases, then head to a traditional local market to shop for fresh produce and learn how to identify authentic ingredients, bargain, and greet local shopkeepers. Back at the cooking center, wash and prepare your ingredients and cook a customized menu alongside our chef, before sitting down to enjoy the meal you've made together with fellow participants. You'll also learn to make a traditional Vietnamese drink, and take home a cooking certificate as a memento of your culinary journey.
