Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a sign with your name.
In France, drivers are not allowed into the baggage claim area: collect your luggage, go through customs, then exit through the arrivals door and stay inside the terminal. Your driver is right there.
Please enter your flight number when booking: we track your flight in real time and your pickup adjusts to any delay at no extra cost.
From a Paris address or a Disney hotel: enter your pickup address when booking. Your driver picks you up at the door and contacts you on arrival.
